Carving out its reputation on the West Coast over the past five years, Minimal Effort has emerged into a pillar of the North American underground scene, and a go-to destination to catch the who and what’s next in house and techno in unique LA locations. After hosting the likes of Damian Lazarus, Dusky, Claptone, MK, and Lee Burridge, Minimal Effort’s All Hallow’s Eve will rise again on Saturday, October 27th with another industry-leading lineup at the historic Belasco Theater, which will provide fans with an intimate party experience in the utmost comfort for All Hallow’s Eve and their notorious New Year’s Eve celebration on December 31st.

Consistent with the top-notch programming Minimal Effort is known for, this year’s All Hallow’s Eve will feature the timeless techno shades of Boys Noize, the deep experimental sounds of BUTCH, Flying Circus bossmen Audiofly, the Queen of French Techno Louisahhh, the progressive pioneer and uniquely talented Nicola Cruz, the genre-busting Copenhagen-based trio WhoMadeWho, melodic house wonderkid Tim Engelhardt, and Minimal Effort’s own expert curators Human Resources, plus Dirtybird favorites like Christian Martin, Kill Frenzy, Worthy, and Ardalan, who’s presenting his energetic Ardy Pardy.

The Belasco Theater’s cavernous and historic lay-out is an epic environment to descend into Halloween and New Year’s Eve revelry. Minimal Effort have made use of its dramatic setting before treating fans to stand out moments such as a live candle lit performance from Rodriguez Jr in the Mobilee basement, a chillingly vibe ridden Ballroom set by Blond:ish, and an awe-inspiring main room set from Agoria. This year, Minimal Effort will again transform the Belasco into a wicked underground space, replete with multiple indoor dance spaces, each with their own unique aesthetic, and intimate lounges and bars to discover.
