New Innovative Event Series Coming To NYC - Scenery Roof

More and more events keep surfacing in New York, but one will stand out among the rest. A new immersive party series, Scenery Roof will open its doors to all walks of life on May 21. Scenery Roof is an elevated open-air rooftop event series offering innovative talent in dance music. All summer long, people can expect to see and dance to the best of international headliners and city locals.

Scenery Roof is a new way of having a summer party with your friends. Enjoy delicious mixed beverages and snacks. People will be surrounded by stunning art performers. It will be an engaging experience all around. The rooftop space is carefully curated with beautiful decorations; presentation is vital. The venue expands to ten thousand square feet plus a state-of-the-art sound system.

Headlining the inaugural show at Scenery Roof are All Day I Dreams, Lost Desert, and Hamburg’s Oliver Schories. Featured artists include David Orin from Anjunadeep and Bespoke Musik. Christian Voldstad. The daytime party will run through the night, taking attendees on a magical journey gazing up at the breathtaking sunsets that Mother nature can offer.

Scenery Roof is a special kind of event that offers not only the best of house and techno but offers a rare different way of partying. It’s located in the heart of Long Island City, overlooking the incredible views. So summer has officially begun; let’s celebrate with a bang all season long.

Sasha Announces ‘TEN’ + LNOE Events

Progressive-house pioneer, Sasha announces ten new collaborations and ten special international LNOE events. In celebration of the artists, music, and community that have made Last Night On Earth the imprint it is today and in the future. In separate installments, TEN will be unleashed with two three-track EPs in April and May. Along with the EP release, it follows an even series expanding to Miami, Mexico City, New York, London, Berlin, and more. 

LNOE has created a unique platform for fresh talent and established names. Anyone who has experienced a special set or event with Sasha or LNOE left people with a memorial imprint. “As the label hits this milestone, I want to tell our story - the music, unity, expression, and relationships at the heart of the brand,” - Sasha 

The first part of Sasha’s project is the rework of ‘Aviator’ by Photek. It was released during the lockdown Livestream debut at Beatport ReConnect, he felt the big track needed to be released. Taking the track into his own with deep and defying chords that release an ecstasy of obscure percussion.  

‘When you could drop it to 2000 people in a club and they go mental’. I’ve always been a huge fan of Photek. The first time I heard ‘Aviator’ I knew it had all the elements of an amazing club record, but the original was too slow, I think it’s 105 bpm. We actually did a rough mix when I was working on Involver 3 that didn’t end up making it onto the album as it didn’t fit the rest of the music, but I’ve always felt it was something really special. Now with ‘TEN’ I just had to revisit it - I thought wow, this is enormous - what are we thinking, we have to put this out there!’ - Sasha

‘TEN’ features a mix of surprise debut collaborations, including Alex Banks (Monkeytown, Ninja Tune), Mr. Sosa (Anjunadeep), live band Pumarosa and some welcome returns. The label’s keeping a tight lid on the other names for now, so expect some big surprises over the coming weeks.

ARC Music Festival Announces Lineup

After an outstanding first-year succession, ARC Festival returns for Labor Day Weekend 2022. The three-day festival united scenes and connected communities from around the world in a way that felt distinct to the creative history of Chicago. The all techno and house music festival was able to bring massive party brands, host iconic artists, and produce an immersive experience. 

ARC’s first edition offered a festival experience previously unknown to Chicago dance music fans. Attendees were guided between the technicolor containers of The Grid stage to the outrageousness of Spain’s elrow, onwards to the deeper shades of Expansions. The result was a city-wide vibe that extended into premiere venues by night, earning the attention of the industry and leaving those out of the loop longing for ARC’s return.

This year’s lineup sees ARC further cement itself as a premier stop on the global festival calendar. Some of electronic music’s biggest stars will take center stage including the inimitable Carl Cox, a special performance from Adam Beyer □ Cirez D, songstress of the international techno movement Charlotte De Witte, Motor City icon Carl Craig, and UK mainstage originator Fatboy Slim.

ARC will once again extend beyond the music, creating a cutting-edge experience that mirrors the culture and artistry of its host city. The three-day festival will also act as a showcase of Chicago’s culinary prowess, offering an elevated and distinctly local event. Chicago is home to the biggest house and techno, some of the biggest icons are from Chi-Town. Keeping the vibes and energy alive and strong.

These efforts will be led by the Auris Presents team who bring collective decades of professionalism to the fold across their independent endeavors. ARC fans will also be treated to intimate after-parties across Auris and ARC partner venues RADIUS, PRYSM, and Concord Music Hall with others to be announced.

Getting a festival pass early doesn’t just lock in Labor Day Weekend, it’s a ticket to stacking this summer with events in the spirit of ARC. Pass holders gain access to purchase tickets to sold-out shows, private pre-sales, exclusively priced tickets, and the chance to guestlist at over 40 upcoming Auris Presents events this spring and summer. Mysteryland Returns This Summer with Biggest Edition

Mysteryland is the world’s longest-running electronic music festival and will make its long-awaited return to Haarlemmermeer. The festival is returning for its biggest edition ever from August 26-28, 2022. 

The legendary three-day Dutch festival will showcase over 300 artists across 22 stages with internationally renowned hosting partners. Covering the full spectrum of elements of electronic music from house, to techno, trance, and hardstyle. The iconic stages range from sprawling outdoor dance floors to massive, atmospheric tents beaming with laser shows and inimitable sounds hosted by both the most sought-after names worldwide and exceptional local talent.

Darius Syrossian Brings [Moxy Muzik] to NY

On Friday, January 21st, Darius Syrossian will bring his party concept [Moxy Muzik] to New York at The Brooklyn Monarch. For an intimate performance alongside Love & Logic will take over the popular nightclub for an unforgettable set. The event will be a unique music experience that will have dancers surrender themselves completely to the sounds of music.

Recently in 2019, Darius launched his own new project [Moxy Muzik] both a record label and party concept. Darius plays long extended sets in small intimate clubs, having dancers melt to the floor. The label’s launch saw the first release ‘Dance of the Shaman’ held the number one spot on Beatport ́s minimal deep tech charts. The release by Darius was supported by the likes of pioneers such as Derrick May on his boiler room, Laurent Garnier & many more.
