After two years of silence, Movement Festival finally makes its highly anticipated return to Hart Plaza in Detroit. The mecca techno festival will boast its biggest lineup yet, with over 110 acts, spread across six stages. It pushes boundaries from inviting the biggest to the underground artists of house and techno. For three days of techno and house music on Memorial Day Weekend from May 28-30. Detroit comes alive again from all walks of life from veterans to techno babies.
Movement Festival has been dedicated to bringing music fans a completely original experience to Detroit. The festival brings a culture of techno fans around the States and the Canadian coastline. Which showcases authentic and diverse lineups that are purely about the music and culture. The experience at the festival is nothing but incredible vibes all around. Each stage is curated in its own unique way. It takes over a beautiful city park. The artists deliver mind-blowing sets, some of the most impressive of their DJ careers. This year, the lineup brings back Techno icons, back-to-back performances, and underground artists.
It wouldn’t be a complete weekend without the massive after parties. The multiple after-parties will take place at the hottest nightclubs and underground dance halls in Detroit. After hours in Detroit is a completely different experience, it's my personal favorite nightlife. The parties will rise till dawn into the festival. The lineups for the after-parties will soon be announced.
