DIRTYBIRD Unveils 15th Birthday Events

Electronic music trends are constantly changing, but there is one label and community remains the same, DIRTYBIRD has anchored as one of the most beloved and influential forces in the scene for over a decade. Over 15 years, from the beginning as small free parties in Golden Gate Park to its own festival and constantly expanding to new horizons. Crossing its 2020 milestone, DIRTYBIRD shows no signs of slowing down, in fact, quite the opposite, debuting two brand new festivals as it unveils its 15th birthday events calendar. 

In celebration of the 15th anniversary of DIRTYBIRD, will be the launch of new festivals across the country. Starting with the second installment of Claude VonStroke’s Birdhouse festival, taking place in LA the month of May. DIRTYBIRD migrates East for its new Florida festival in September, touching down for Labor Day, and creating a truly unique DIRTYBIRD experience. Taking over an entire resort, CampINN will be the ultimate DIRTYBIRD weekender, with fans able to take advantage of resort amenities and party poolside and late-night with their favorite DIRTYBIRD artists, with hotel rooms located steps from the dancefloor.

During WMC, the return of DIRTYBIRD Players taking over Club Space in Miami for their annual 18+ hour session. The Miami showcase will also serve as a chance to catch cuts from VonStroke’s much-anticipated Freaks & Beaks new album, February 21st.

Where it all began, the DIRTYBIRD BBQs will also return bigger and better than ever in 2020, with five Birthday celebration dates in the Bay Area, Atlanta, Denver, Brooklyn and Seattle (the city vote winner this year). Expect more delectable meats and beats and outdoor dancing from the DIRTYBIRD collective, as well as epic new surprises on this beloved party tradition.

Finally, get your camping gear together for the annual Dirtybird Campout West Coast, a fitting finale for the brand’s packed year of birthday commemoration. Claude and his fellow Camp Counselors will have something special for the weekend. Fifteen years and still going strong!
