The Minimal Effort brand has become a staple in Los Angeles' underground music scene over its four year rise. After an impressive All Hallow's Eve event, Minimal Effort will return to the historic Belasco Theater in downtown Los Angeles for an unparalleled New Year's Eve celebration soundtracked by some of the world's most sought after house and techno selectors.
Minimal Effort New Year's Eve will continue the brand's lofty standards with international artists like Grammy-nominated producer Sasha, jack of all trades Skream, techno maestro Layton Giordani, DIRTYBIRD's own Justin Jay, booty house expert Will Clarke, German house duo Super Flu, All Day I Dream staple YokoO, 'house music warrior' Option4, and more.
Minimal Effort's Halloween celebration treated attendees to iconic moments like a headlining set from Boys Noize, a main room triumph from Louisahhh, a lesson in live-electronic mastery from WhoMadeWho, a true trip into the darker shades of house music with Audiofly, the LA debut of Ardalan's Ardy Party concept, and many more historic moments.
The Belasco Theater will be the perfect home for Minimal Effort's New Year's Eve celebration. As soon as fans walk into this spacious, ornate venue they become awe-struck with the history and class the theater offers. Each stage has its own unique atmosphere, which makes exploring every inch of the venue so enticing. Aside from dance floors, the Belasco comes alive with its lounges, live art, and winding row of local vendors.
This expertly curated event demonstrates Minimal Effort's continuous effort to bring forward-thinking talent and world-class sound systems to the best venues in Los Angeles, helping to foster the international House and Techno community from their own backyard.
