The Southeast region's largest music and Halloween-themed experience, WYNWOOD FEAR FACTORY, celebrated its third turn at Mana Wynwood Warehouse this past Halloween weekend (October 26 & 27) with great fanfare. The two-day Diskolab production welcomed more than 10,000 fans to Miami over the weekend (*see photos below)
Upon entry to the event, themed characters were giving scares and screams right from the get-go, to put everyone in Halloween spirit. Attendees were treated to star-studded sets from A-List superstars and underground favorites throughout the weekend. A key feature to this year's WYNWOOD FEAR FACTORY was its spacious new indoor venue which allowed for large-scale enhanced production. The use of impressive pyro and confetti resulted in great energy and crowd response throughout.
“Few parties can seem to pair big beats with a macabre aesthetic better than Wynwood Fear Factory. On Friday, October 27, the festival returned for another Halloween celebration paired with EDM’s brightest stars, including Galantis, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Deorro, Getter, and others.”
From main-stage headliners to underground champions encompassing a wide range of styles from house and techno to trap and bass, the talent at WYNWOOD FEAR FACTORY exceed expectations. Kicking off the weekend on Friday, October 26 were sets from Galantis, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Deorro and Getter.
Saturday, October 27's show featured an unforgettable headlining set from trap juggernaut RL Grime, featuring cuts from his latest album Nova whichdebuted at #1 on Billboard's Top Dance/Electronic Albums. House music favorites Duke Dumont and Fisher both took the stage for the night with sets showcasing many of their hit records. Fisher even joined in on the Halloween fun while performing in a Joe Dirt costume.
With an improved VIP area in the new location, this year's event was well attended by some of Miami's Industry heavy-hitters. The VIP area allowed patrons with ample space and elevated viewing of the show for the best possible experience.
