August 31, 2018 — Introducing a brand-new Midwest Halloween event series, JAWBREAKER FESTIVAL, featuring two long-lasting nights of music by ZEDD, ODESZA, LOUIS THE CHILD, RL GRIME and more! Jawbreaker Festival will take place at the Wisconsin Center in Milwaukee this Halloween weekend on Saturday, October 27th and Sunday, October 28th, 2018.

With summer coming to an end, get ready for this massive Halloween treat, and sink your teeth into two nights of back-to-back electronic music!

Kicking off the first night on Saturday, October 27th is multi-platinum, GRAMMY award-winning artist/DJ/producer, ZEDD and one of electronic music’s breakout duos, LOUIS THE CHILD. Supporting artists include PARKER, RCKT PWR and CRYSTAL KNIVES.

Headlining the second night on Sunday, October 28th is live electronic duo ODESZA and hip-hop inspired bass producer, RL GRIME. Additional acts include support from SLUMBERJACK, PLAID HAWAII and MOSES.

The Wisconsin Center is a massive convention and exhibition hall located in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. For those traveling from Chicago, the venue is only three blocks away from the Amtrak station, with seven roundtrips running per day (six on Sunday).

Circoloco NYC: Halloween Weekender [Event Review]

On October 27th - 28th Teksupport joined forces to bring back one of the greatest parties in the world to Brooklyn, NY - Circoloco. The two-day Halloween event with sets from industry titans like Seth Troxler, The Martinez Brothers, Jamie Jones, Loco Dice, and Damian Lazarus. 

The warehouse was jam-packed with sexy devils, waddling penguins, and cute couple costumes all groovy out to the Circoloco DJs. The sound of Circoloco has slowly evolved and developed through paths of association with tribal and minimal but has always held the truest values of house music at its core. Now, the new era rips up the rulebook once again and sees a new generation of future heroes attempting to stamp their claim as the next Circoloco legend. 

Surrounded by red neon Circoloco signs filling the room, giving off a devilish vibe. Starting off the night with SOSSA, then Dj Tennis took over the decks, Just as the night was getting freaky Damian Lazarus for an epic set. The Martinez Brothers kept the party going with their funky set. Loco Dice leads us into the morning with his closing set. Everyone’s performances were dark and dirty but powerful and moving. 

The layout of the warehouse was big enough room so people could dance the night away. Partygoers were able to go outside as well to get fresh air and mingle. There were good vibes all around, people smiling and dancing together. Drinks were flowing and people groovy to the beats. Another successful party from Teksupport and Circoloco.

Suwannee Hulaween Announces Phase 2 Lineup

Suwannee Hulaween has announced a second round of additions to this year’s musical lineup, rounding out the bill with their most uniquely crafted and blended lineups to date. Hulaween returns to the historic Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park for its fifth year installment, once again setting the bar high in the international festival space not only offering an expansive roster of world-class live and electronic talent but a fully experimental experience.

Set in the midst of 800-acres of Spanish moss-draped oak and cypress along the black Suwannee River and complete with the largest bat house in the southeast U.S, Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park is one of the most beautiful live music venues in the country. Phase two sees the addition of reggae icon Damian Marley, multi-instrumentalist powerhouse Mike Gordon, experimental electronic Jam band Lotus, The Revivalist lead vocalist David Shaw, female hip-hop wordsmith Noname, South African electronic music duo Goldfish, the intoxicating jazz-fusion band The New Mastersounds, bass-quenching duo Dimond Saints, anthemic electronic-rock band Perpetual Groove, and much more. While Thursday pre-party on October 26th at Spirit Lake doubles its impact with 2 Sets by Umphrey's McGee, Luthi, SoDown, Evanoff, Psychedelic Monks, and Yamadeo.

The phase two lineup joins an already all-star lineup featuring preeminent live acts like the global Jam phenomenon that is The String Cheese Incident, The Disco Biscuits, Greensky Bluegrass, and Lettuce along with contemporary music’s most in-demand live acts like Ween, Run The Jewels, Portugal. The Man, Nick Murphy (Chet Faker), and Nathaniel Rateliff. Hulaween is also inviting dance music legends like Bassnectar, GRiZ, RL Grime, Claude VonStroke, Beats Antique, FKJ, Shiba San, and Manic Focus to electrify the dance floor.
