Ellen Allien Presents 'Vinylism' at Halcyon The Shop NY

This week, Ellen Allien presents ‘Vinylism’ - a special pop-up event which will take place on Thursday, September 19th at the new Halcyon The Shop location from 6 PM - 10 PM. Expressing her love and passion for vinyl, this intimate event will have top supporting techno acts such as Heidi Sabertooth, Julia Govor, plus a special back-to-back performance by MIKE SERVITO and Justin Cudmore. 

Launched in February 2016, Vinylism is a series of events created to support Ellen Allien’s favorite record shops worldwide. The Vinylism performances take place in the shops and feature vinyl-only DJ sets from herself and befriended artists, quite often showcasing records that were hand-picked from the stores itself.
