Powerhouse alias Claude VonStroke and Green Velvet known as GET REAL completed 2017 with a huge bang. GET REAL are the perfect match for a back-to-back DJ couple, breaking boundaries as individual artists but at the same time coming together as one forming the greatest duo in dance music history. When you hear them together its like you are living in techno heaven. Stopping at Brooklyn Hangar before their New Year show, it was completely packed with techno and underground junkies.

Starting off the party strong were house duo Solardo and techno and house music backbone Love&Logic. Pumping up the crowd in a divine way with groovy tunes and beats. People clapping and cheering for GET REAL as they approached the decks for an incredible and unforgettable set.

Playing favorites like Flash, Barrump, Make A Cake, Tiny Tambourine, LaLa Land, and their own track Mind Yo Bizness. Everyone dancing, great vibes flowing through the air, meeting post Dirtybird campout attendees getting a little taste of what to expect at the first expansion festival. Dirtybird Campout east coast edition is only two weeks away. It’s also been announced that GET REAL will also be performing at Electric Forest this summer.

Unfortunately, at 4 AM the party had to be over, nobody wanted to leave especially GET REAL, everyone could have gone all night if they were allowed to but because of the nightlife rules, it was time to go. Playing a little bit past 4 AM, Green Velvet stated before - “One more song but then we have to go because of silly rules but we don’t want to”. GET REAL is always a special sighting to witness and to be a part of.
